Giggles!

I hit the park yesterday with a little lady on very verge of 2 years old. Although it took a few moments for her warm up it was all laughs and giggles once she did. Up and down, back & forth, giggling all the while. And to see her excitement at possible fish & ducks in the stream was too funny. What a treat this was for me. :o) Until next time... T

Holy Communion

It's that time of year when children when are participating in their First Holy Communion. I was honored to take portraits for this young lady during such a momentous time in her youth. Her dress was meticulously sewn by her grandmother and her hair was done extra special for the occasion. Mom & Dad could not have been prouder. Even more exciting was that we were able to hide the playtime scar that she had acquired the day before.Until next time... T

Autumn Wedding

I don't do too many weddings, but I am always happiest when this type of event runs without disaster and when the folks involved are a load of fun. I must say, I had a good time with this bunch. It was quite cool by the time we started so we didn't waste time with the outdoor pics - get them done quickly - was the motto. The ceremony was lovely & the reception was more fun than I can describe. Even the patriarch of the family - rumored to be, dare I say, in his 90's, got on the dance floor! Here's to wishing the Bride & Groom much success in their latest endeavor. Until next time... T

Zuri Total Image

What an awesome day I had yesterday! I met with the lovely ladies of Zuri Total Image on Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights, PA. Not only were the ladies ready and waiting with fantastic, flattering hairstyles but their make up was flawless. Everyone was so excited and so into the task at hand that the time just flew by. And it shows in the pictures. Just fabulous! Until next time... T

Back from Vacation!

Back from a whirlwind trip to Paris & Nice. What an awesome time. The weather was cool in Paris, hot in Nice. The food was GREAT! I tried Steak Tartare, Gelato and plenty of cheese and bread. I've had Mussels & Pomme Frites, toasted goat cheese, Escargot and Brioche. The scrambled eggs are a prepared in such a fashion that their texture resembles Grits, but the breakfast sausage was something that I could eat all day. I'm not much of a wine drinker - but I had more than my share - and enjoyed every bit of it.

We saw Notre Dame Cathedral, the Catacombs & Princess Grace's castle. I have climbed well over what seems like thousands of stairs. I actually felt the burn while visiting several of these sites. The view from the top of the Cathedral was exciting and dizzying (something like 400 steps and an increasingly narrow spiral staircase).

I saw wine recycling bins all through Paris - they really like their wine! The trains run 3 levels deep in Paris and run everywhere. And there are public bathrooms everywhere and they are clean.(That was such a relief on more than 1 occassion). Alas - it is time to get back to the 9 to 5 world, so here are a few pics to let you all see what I saw. (For even more pics - check out my Facebook Fan page - TFrink Photos). Until next time... T

Love & Soccer

Love & Soccer is the theme for these 2 lovebirds. Recently engaged, I had the pleasure of shooting the engagement photos for these ball wizards. Imagine that both were excellent soccer players, both wore the number 69 and while we're out we come across - A Number 69! We had to do it. Walking around downtown was fun on a day when we thought were going to get rained out. Much luck and best wishes to this fun loving and truly laid back couple... Until next time... T

Reunion

This weekend I traveled to NJ to shoot a reunion of college classmates who were all a part of the same sorority. 3 different lines, 19th, 20th & 21st reunions, respectively. Some of these women had not seen each other in 20 years but their energy was abundant, as if they had last seen each other just yesterday. Hugs, pictures and plenty of laughs were the precursor to a wonderful gathering... Until next time. T

Gone to the Dogs

So I've officially gone doggone! I was at the dog park this weekend & surprise, surprise - I had my camera with me. I couldn't resist taking a few shots of the pooches out there. And wouldn't you know it, my dog was the only dog that refused to cooperate... Until next time... T

Saturday at the Beach

With the weather as nice as it was this weekend I had to make it to the beach for at least 1 day. My cousin & I headed south & landed on sand late in the day. The best thing for us to do at that time was eat with the family. We headed to a local seafood restaurant, CLAWS, that had the best clams, crabs & oysters. Can I tell you that we ate so much that they rolled all of us out of there! Until next time... T

Aspiring Model

What a lovely young lady I had the pleasure of photographing this past weekend. This young lady is an aspiring model and I had the great honor of shooting her very first photo shoot. What a natural she was. Seriously, even the first few shots were just perfect! I wish her much success in her future career. Until next time... T

Philly Scenes

I can't believe that it's been so long since I've posted to this blog. But based on the comments you all have been giving me I figured that I had better get to it!
A few weeks ago I decided to do some night shots, so I grabbed a friend and at 2 a.m. we hit the streets. I still can't believe that we did it. We drove around town and saw some familiar places, i.e. City Hall & Independence Hall. And we saw some interesting sites, including the guy with the 6 inch Herman Munster-like boots. He walked in those boots like they were everyday sneakers. I even insisted on snapping a few shots of, what I think, is fairly awesome grafitti.

And say what you want, Philly has its own character (good & bad) that is not to be compared with any other city. Until next time... T
