Hail Mary

I hit the beach this weekend to meet up with a wonderful family. The winds were a bit strong but the temperature was right, no humidity and the skies were clear. A better time could not be had. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I dropped my memory card on the beach until way after dark. I made a mad dash back to the beach. I ran into the client and her companion, she grabbed her sons-in-law and we hit the beach. In the dark. I said a little prayer. Someone else said a Hail Mary. To everyone's surprise - I found that card, in the sand, in the dark. Big hugs to everyone that helped me find that card. And thank you Hail Mary! Until next time... T

Maternity in Full Swing

I met with a wonderful mother & father to be this weekend for a maternity session. It was one of those sessions that I was glad to participate in. The kind where the mom is all giddy and full of giggles and the dad, who thought that he didn't want to be there, ended up having a really nice time. We did a few indoor shots and then headed outdoors for a few more. I was kind of feeling the whole "outdoor, close to mother nature" vibe we had with this shoot... Let me know what you think. Cupcakes & Curls

I was asked to take photos at a fabulous event this past Thursday. PNK Elephant jewelry shared the night with It's a Cupcake and Ends Hair Design & Day Spa. The jewelry is awesome, both casual & dressy, won't break the bank and is still a quality product. PNK Elephant had jewelry that appealed to the sexy & sassy in all of us. The cupcakes not only looked good, but tasted great as well. I was surprised by The Savory Collection of cupcakes - unique & just plain good doesn't begin to describe these little morsels. The salon provided demonstrations of several of their services and these ladies know what they're doing. No ugly ducklings leaving their salon!


A sassy way to spend a Thurs night with some ladies who know how to handle their hustle. For more information check out the vendors involved:

Zuri Total Image

What an awesome day I had yesterday! I met with the lovely ladies of Zuri Total Image on Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights, PA. Not only were the ladies ready and waiting with fantastic, flattering hairstyles but their make up was flawless. Everyone was so excited and so into the task at hand that the time just flew by. And it shows in the pictures. Just fabulous! Until next time... T

End of the summer Goodness

I can't believe that the summer is actually coming to an end. It has been hot - 8 official heat waves so far! But it looks like I've had so much fun that I have neglected my blog. I am soo sorry. So to make it up to everyone here are some pics from this summer's shoots. And let me not forget, I will be posting pics from my recent trip - I had a blast and can't wait to share. And one more thing - 2011 Calendars will soon be available. If you remember calendars sold out quickly in 2010 - so reserve your calendar early!

This family was wonderful! They laughed the entire session. They laughed so much & had such a good time that I had to ask if they were like this at home. The answer - They sure are! These are 2 boys that clearly love their Mama & she loves them just as much. I can't wait to see them again.

On another note - those of you who have met Spritz, my dog, may notice that he is in yet another family photo. Apparently he hates being in pictures with me but loooves to participate in client shoots. Clearly this is an issue that he & I have to discuss but in the meantime - I'm just gonna go with the flow.

Autumn Joy

I love working with this family! They are loads of fun and exude such a warm fuzzy feeling whenever they get together. The little one was a little cranky this year, but hey she's at that age, so it's ok. The autumn colors were at their peak and the weather was just right. Love it! Until next time... T

Diva in the Making

Busy, busy, busy is all that I can say about this weekend. Plenty of shoots & more to come! This young lady is a local singer and vocal trainer, about to become an international superstar. I had the privilege of shooting for Ms. Diva's promotion materials. What a really nice person and even better vocalist. I'm sure that when she's done with Europe, America will be ready for all that she has to give! Until next time... T
